Biography:
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and West Hartford, Connecticut, Jack earned his B.A. degree from Holy Cross College in 1972 and received his J.D. Degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 1975. He moved to Rutland, Vermont, immediately after completing law school where he currently lives with his wife Pat.
