Jack Facey attended the VBA's Young Lawyers' Division Annual Meeting

Partner Jack Facey attended the Vermont Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Division Annual Meeting in Montreal the weekend of January 14th, 2012.  He was a presenter at a seminar entitled "Hot Topics in Real Estate."  Among the topics discussed were issues important to the Vermont real estate lawyer relating to Medicaid planning deeds, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, "short sale" situations, and judgment lien issues.
