Christopher was born and raised in the Rutland, Vermont area. He earned his B.A. Degree in Legal Studies from Woodbury College in 2001, and received his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 2005. While attending law school he interned with the City of Boston Law Department. Chris was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in 2006 and practiced in Boston as a contract attorney for two years before returning to Vermont.
