About Us
Since its founding in May of 1984, Kenlan, Schwiebert & Facey, P.C., has assumed a leading position in the New England legal community. The firm offers its clients a full range of legal services with an emphasis on quality of work product, competitive cost and an overriding commitment to client service at a sophistication level comparable to urban law firms.
The firm was founded by two established general business/land use law practitioners in the Rutland, Vermont area, the general counsel of a major international corporation, a former First Assistant United States Attorney and an insurance defense litigation specialist. The firm presently has eight partners, five associates and two "of-counsel" attorneys making it a "mid-sized" firm by Vermont standards.
